Who I help:

I’m a registered dietitian with specialized training in digestive health and eating-disorder-informed-care. I work with adults in Texas who are tired of confusing nutrition advice, restrictive food lists, and digestive symptoms that won’t go away.

Whether you’ve tried the low FODMAP diet, cut out more foods than you can count, or feel anxious around eating because of your symptoms, you deserve clear, individualized support that actually works.

My Nutrition Approach

My work is grounded in three core principles:

  1. Evidence-based, not fads. no unproven supplements, no “detoxes”, no wacky trends, just nutrition strategies backed by science.

  2. Non-diet, weight-inclusive care. Come as you are. Your symptoms and your relationship with food matter. We focus on connecting with your hunger and fullness cues and implementing health-promoting behaviors versus restrictive diets.

  3. Patient-centered care. I take an integrative and holistic look at your health, not just what you eat. I am passionate about coordinating care with GI doctors, NPs, Psychiatrists, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists, and Therapists to ensure our work is supportive of your mental health, physical health, and nutrition goals. I meet you where you’re at and get to know your whole health journey and how I can provide you with the support you need. Digestive symptoms don’t happen in isolation. Stress, eating patterns, nervous system regulation, and past diet experiences all influence how your body digests, absorbs, and eliminates.

Together, we explore not just what you eat, but how you eat, including habits around timing of meals and snacks, movement, hydration, and stress that impact your digestion each day.

Why I care

Like many people with GI concerns, I grew frustrated watching clients chase restrictive diets that seemed logical but didn’t bring relief and in some cases made symptoms worse. That experience shaped how I approach care: curiosity over rigidity, compassion over judgement, and quality of life over obsessively checking the ingredients & nutrition label of every food you eat.

There’s a better way to manage your digestive health that doesn’t increase your stress and anxiety around food.

A Wholesome Start.
